Job Summary & Requirements:

The Senior IT Functional Analyst is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) solutions to optimize the organization's asset management processes. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient asset utilization, maintenance planning, and lifecycle management.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

10+ years of experience in SAP EAM implementation or support. Experience with data migration and system integration projects. Industry experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or utilities is preferred. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA EAM module is a plus.

Certification:

SAP EAM certification is preferred.

Job Description:

The Senior IT Functional Analyst will focus on optimizing the organization's asset management processes through SAP EAM solutions. They will customize and configure SAP EAM modules, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide training to end-users.

Detailed Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business requirements and develop SAP EAM solutions.
2. Configure and customize SAP EAM to align with organizational goals.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders on asset management strategies and process improvement.
4. Ensure the integration of SAP EAM with other SAP modules (MM, PM, FI).
5. Provide end-user training and support, developing training materials as needed.
6. Troubleshoot issues related to SAP EAM and ensure resolution.
7. Monitor asset management KPIs and create reports.
8. Stay updated with SAP EAM best practices and industry trends.

Skills & Expertise:

Strong understanding of SAP EAM functionalities and best practices. Expertise in SAP configuration, especially in asset management modules. Knowledge of maintenance planning, work order management, and asset lifecycle processes. Proficient in SAP reporting tools (SAP BI, SAP Analytics Cloud). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
