Senior Interior Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our consultancy firm for the supervision and coordination of luxury hospitality and high-rise fit-out projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have 10 to 15 years of experience in interior design, FF&E selection, fit-out supervision, and material approvals, specifically for hotels and high-rise buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the interior design process, ensuring alignment with hospitality brand standards and client vision.
• Supervise fit-out execution on-site, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
• Review and approve FF&E selections, material submittals, and shop drawings.
• Work within a BIM environment, utilizing Revit for design, documentation, and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with international and Saudi interior design codes and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage site inspections, resolving fit-out challenges and maintaining design integrity.
• Prepare reports and documentation in English, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture with a specialization in Interior Design.
• Professional certification in Interior Design is required.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality and high-rise projects.
• Previous experience working in reputable consultancy firms.
• Strong expertise in FF&E selection, fit-out supervision, and material approvals.
• Proficiency in BIM and Revit is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with international and Saudi interior design codes.
