- As a Senior Placement Manager - Construction, you will utilize your expertise in market practices, pricing, and underwriting policies to match clients' construction insurance needs with the most appropriate carrier coverage. You will coordinate with advisors and client executives to evaluate and select optimal construction insurance carrier quotes for clients.

We will count on you to:
- Leverage your deep knowledge of the construction insurance market and carriers to develop placement solutions that meet client needs.
- Implement the placement strategy to achieve growth goals and deliver exceptional client service, particularly in the construction sector.
- Develop and articulate the go-to-market strategy for construction placement, participate in pricing services, and manage the submission of coverage specifications to carriers.
- Ensure accuracy in binding construction insurance coverage and maintain precise records within the placement systems.
- Foster relationships with insurance markets, clients, and underwriters to provide comprehensive client service, with a particular focus on construction.
- Keep client executives and Management informed of construction market developments and trends.
- Lead senior placement and technical support activities on assigned construction accounts, ensuring procedural compliance and accurate data management.
- Communicate client trends and issues clearly to management and participate in solution development.
- Drive senior placement/technical support activities on assigned accounts, such as ensuring procedural compliance, reviewing data and updating annual renewal exhibits, maintaining accurate placement system entries, to ensure contract execution as required.
- Advise management about client issues or trends through clear and concise communication and participate in development of solutions.
What you need to have:
- Over 7 years of experience in an international broking house or insurance company in a placement and/or underwriting capacity, with specific experience in construction insurance.
- Strong knowledge of general insurance and construction-specific risks, with an ability to handle complex cases and develop a construction-specific placement strategy.
- A minimum of a Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent.
