Job Summary

As the Senior HR General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our HR department and shaping our human capital strategy. We are seeking a Saudi National with extensive experience in human resources, particularly in strategic HR management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes including recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations.
3. Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to ensure efficient operation and continuous improvement.
4. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
5. Partner with senior management to drive organizational performance and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
6. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on human capital matters.

Requirements

1. Saudi Nationality.
2. Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
3. Proven track record of implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
5. In-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including compliance and regulatory requirements.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
8. Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are a plus.
