Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager at Fleetrading in Riyadh. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes, and ensuring legal compliance in all HR functions.

2. Experience in developing HR strategies and policies
3. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
6. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
7. 5+ years of experience in HR management
8. SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is a plus
