Job Description:
8+ years in HR business partnering / project management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field is required.
Experience of operating as a strategic Business Partner, with demonstrated success in meeting exceptionally high standards in a high-volume, fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is essential.
Experience in coaching senior leaders and managers and strong talent assessment skills.

Key job responsibilities:
A day in the life:
The incumbent will partner closely with the country manager (director) and his leadership team. The incumbent will also work across different PXT and partner teams like GREF, PR, and PP, among others, in the region. This is a strategic role with reputational impact and will require the incumbent to surface both internal and external employee sentiments and augment the overall brand value of the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Master's Degree/MBA in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams.
