The HR Manager is part of the NACF senior leadership team and collaborates with support teams (e.g. safety, finance, operations) to drive strategy, employee engagement and business results. You will own shaping and sustaining a positive team culture for all employees, including the HR team. You will have the autonomy to innovate and deploy HR strategies focused on safety, employee engagement, diversity equity and inclusion, talent management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness and workforce planning taking necessary partners along the way. You will lead a team of HR employees at various stages of their careers to leverage data, policy, process, communication and experience to drive excellence throughout the employee lifecycle and meet and exceed people and operational goals. You will understand and teach your team the importance of accurate and timely HR metrics as well as their inputs and impacts.

Key job responsibilities
– Lead your team to mitigate risks, leverage company tools appropriately, make high-judgment decisions and elevate the employee experience every day. Ensure practices comply with company policies, procedures and federal, state and provincial laws or regulations.
– Partner with Business Leader(s) and jointly own the decisions for all people related matters. Create a culture of engagement where employees feel safe, valued, supported and respected. Leverage your HR knowledge and experience to make recommendations and decisions.
– Coach and develop all levels of the HR team and operations partners. Establish talent management and development mechanisms, and hold teams accountable to equitably selecting, retaining, developing, and optimizing the performance and engagement of their teams. Act quickly when performance is not meeting expectations and effectively prioritize performance conversations.
– Stay up-to-date on employee sentiment. Routinely review employee sentiment data using company tools, reporting and feedback mechanisms to understand trends, inform decisions, and address opportunities negatively impacting culture. Hold leaders and teams accountable to delivering a positive employee experience and implement action plans to drive engagement.
– Champion, lead and follow-up on organizational and operational change. Engage with your team often, manage stakeholder relationships, remove barriers that impede adoption of change, and model positive change management behaviors.
A day in the life
A typical day on our team involves managing multiple priorities simultaneously – oriented on results, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. You will balance technical, high-judgment HR work with actively engaging our teams on the production floor, coaching our leaders and creating Earth’s best place to work. You will coach and support leaders through stakeholder management, talent management, organizational health, organizational strategy, and team development strategies. You will own and create sustainable HR strategies, setting the vision, direction and establishing routines for the HR team through coaching and development, monitoring service levels, and holding teams accountable to meet and exceed key people, operational, financial, and team goals.
About the team
Amazon’s Fulfillment Centers (FCs) within Saudi Arabia are fast-paced environments that utilize technology, scanning machines, and computer systems that track and allow the delivery of millions of items (and smiles) to households daily.
– Bachelor’s Degree Required
– 7+ years human resource business partner experience
– Master’s Degree or MBA in HR Management
– Experience supporting operation employee client groups with employee populations of 800+
– Experience in distribution center, or manufacturing environment
– Resume that shows steady progression in HR Management for the last 7-10+ years
– Demonstrated success in stretched assignments that are evidence of superior performance in previous roles
– Prior experience leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports and leading large HR teams with talented HR professionals
– Prior experience supporting large employee client groups (distribution, manufacturing, or call center environments)
