Overview:

Are you a meticulous and results-driven accounting professional with a strong grasp of Ministry of Sport (MoS) requirements and compliance reporting? Do you have the analytical acumen and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced sports environment? If so, Al-Qadsiah Club is looking for you!

Key Responsibilities

Ministry of Sport Templates

1. Prepare and submit financial reports as per Ministry of Sport templates and requirements.
2. Ensure compliance with Ministry of Sport deadlines for quarterly and monthly statements and operational updates.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to collect and verify data required for Ministry reporting.
4. Monitor changes in Ministry requirements and update reporting processes accordingly.

Monthly Reporting and Budgeting Activities

1. Assist in preparing the financial statements and management reports.
2. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/local accounting standards.
3. Support the budgeting process by providing accurate historical financial data and forecasts for multi-sport activities.
4. Assist in the preparation of variance analysis between actual results and budgeted figures related to multi-sport activities.

Audit and Compliance

1. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including Aramco monthly financial template.
2. Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and support audit queries.
3. Ensure compliance with AFC/SPL Financial requirements, Ministry of Sport regulations, and local financial standards.

Education:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience:

1. 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in Big 4 with a focus on MOS requirements, and compliance reporting.

Skills:

1. Strong proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel.
2. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
4. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
5. Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
6. Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Knowledge of IFRS, local accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
