Principal Responsibilities
- Drive financial and operational performance in the site
Lead efforts across the site on cost containment actions and driving accountability to targeted commitments. Support the identification of recovery/mitigation plans to improve performance. Support the business to achieve overall operating income performance. Exercise a COO (chief operating officer) mindset in leading the site daily. Development and tracking of ideal and future state cost structures. Partner with leadership on tax, legal and controllership compliance, controls, and business processes. Ensure robust internal controls across the site. - Provide key support and transparency to the site leadership team
Provide key reports and analysis to site leadership and other key stakeholders on current performance metrics, future forecasts, and associated risks and opportunities. Assess opportunities for portfolio/site rationalization where it makes sense and present this information to leadership. Provide leadership for investment decision making via financial validation and cost-benefit analysis. Leadership for the STRAP, AOP, SRO, and forecasting processes. Lead and support ad-hoc reporting and projects as required. - Cost, Productivity & Working Capital focus
Ensure standard setting and routing processes are in compliance and reflect accurate site performance. Drive productivity pipeline fulfillment and help the site to execute on cost savings/efficiency opportunities. Drive working capital improvement for the site via robust project pipelines and execution of key activities to reduce inventory and increase payables.
You Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in performing similar roles
- Strong accounting/finance experience with increasing responsibility
- English Proficiency
