The Role

As a key leader within the development team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of major program components, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, financial targets, and best-in-class project execution. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, oversee multidisciplinary teams, and drive the successful realization of this ambitious vision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the development strategy for a large-scale, multi-asset project from inception through to completion.
2. Oversee master planning, design, development, and delivery phases, ensuring seamless integration across all assets.
3. Collaborate with government entities, investors, and key partners to drive project success.
4. Implement commercial strategies that maximize value, optimize budgets, and enhance operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

1. 20+ years of experience in real estate development, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale, mixed-use projects.
2. Background in destination development, entertainment, mixed-use, or hospitality is highly desirable.
3. Experience working on complex, multi-stakeholder programs within an international environment.
4. Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in feasibility, investment, and project financing.
5. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, capable of driving high-impact projects.
