The project senior director shall manage several projects simultaneously and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to designers, engineers, developers, partners, other client entities, governmental stakeholders, and other professionals who are essential to a project's success and delivery.
These senior-level leaders work in various sectors, such as information technology, sales, marketing, HSE, facilities management, communications, operations, legal, development, construction, and financial management.
Essential:
- University Degree in Engineering / Project Management
- Masters in Project Management or Engineering Management
- 12 years Management experience at both strategic and tactical levels
- 3 Years in Senior Management Position or as a Project Director
- Ability to effectively and accurately project manage complex contractual arrangements
- Results driven with solid financial acumen
- Robust organizational & resource planning, operational efficiency, and stakeholder management ability
- Clear and concise presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to build effective working relationships.
Desirable:
- PMP Certification
- RICS Certification
- Theme Park Operations knowledge
- Construction Background
- 15 years Management experience at both strategic and tactical levels
- 5 Years in Senior Management Position.
