The Purpose of the Role

As a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell Building Automation (BA) in Saudi Arabia, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through the development and execution of effective marketing strategies. Collaborating closely with sales teams, this role involves understanding customer needs and creating targeted marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual with a passion for customer marketing, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Honeywell's global success. You will report directly to our META Customer Marketing Manager and you'll work out of our Saudi Arabia location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  2. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  3. Create and manage marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and customer events.
  4. Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Manage the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across all touchpoints.
  7. Build a strong relationship with our channel partners to capture marketing synergies.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and creative services, to develop compelling marketing collateral and assets.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing, bringing innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement.
  10. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.

YOU MUST HAVE

  1. 6+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles.
  2. Dynamic and self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
