Job Description

As the Senior Creative Manager, you will report to the Marketing Director and be a hands-on leader, driving creativity, elevating design standards, and shaping the future of our brand aesthetics. You will lead a talented team of designers and ensure that every project reflects the innovative and high-quality work that defines Tahaluf.

What you will do:

1. Respond to creative briefs for ongoing projects and team pitches, ensuring high-quality delivery and innovation.
2. Lead and inspire a team of designers, fostering an environment of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
3. Proactively contribute fresh ideas, creative concepts, and innovative solutions for team consideration.
4. Handle in-house feedback professionally and with quick turnaround times.
5. Stay ahead of current design trends, digital strategies, and best practices across all media (digital, online, print).
6. Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch processes, helping shape creative solutions for new and exciting events.
7. Maintain an organized and efficient file structure and data management system for all team assets.
8. Continuously push the envelope for new techniques, creative possibilities, and ways to elevate design work.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring:

1. Experience & Leadership: 5-7 years of hands-on design experience with a proven track record of managing and inspiring a creative team to deliver high-quality, innovative work.
2. Visual & Conceptual Mastery: Strong visual design skills, with a solid understanding of the technical aspects of design software and executions.
3. Continuous Growth Mindset: A genuine passion for growing your craft, exploring new design workflows, and experimenting with diverse visual styles to push creative boundaries.
4. Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a creative team environment, where bouncing ideas off one another leads to the best possible results.
5. Expert Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects (motion graphics experience is essential). Experience with animation is a huge plus—please be sure to showcase any relevant work.
6. Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both within your team and when liaising with clients or other departments.
7. UX Knowledge: Familiarity with UX design principles is highly valued and considered a major advantage.
8. Diverse Design Experience: Experience in non-static design—such as interactive design, motion graphics, or digital media—is highly desired.

4. Individual annual flight allowance
5. Paid flight home for individual and end of service gratuity payment when leaving the company (if applicable)

2. 30 days accommodation or suitable serviced apartment from arrival date or a one-off payment of SAR 5,000
