Senior Creative/Graphic Designer

JASARA PMC is looking for a Senior Creative/Graphic Designer to lead our design team and elevate our visual communication strategies. This role is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative infrastructure projects that align with the Vision 2030 initiative in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creativity, a strong design sensibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept through to execution, ensuring quality and consistency across all branding and visual communication materials.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a variety of projects, including advertising campaigns, marketing collateral, presentations, and digital media.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and project teams to align design strategies with business objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to ensure innovative design solutions.
• Present design ideas effectively to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into design revisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with emerging design tools.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
