SALARY OFFERING: SR. 7,000 (all inclusive)

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Arabic Copywriter to join our Corporate Communications and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing high-quality, engaging, and persuasive Arabic content across various platforms, including websites, announcements, magazines, social media, press releases, and marketing campaigns. This individual will play a key role in communicating our brand messages effectively in Arabic, ensuring consistency and alignment with our marketing and corporate communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation:
    Write clear, compelling, and persuasive Arabic copy for a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including websites, emails, social media posts, brochures, advertisements, blogs, press releases, and more.
    Develop content that is culturally relevant and resonates with Arabic-speaking audiences, ensuring the brand's voice is maintained across all touchpoints.
    Create creative and engaging copy that aligns with the company's marketing and communications goals, while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
  2. Collaboration with Teams:
    Work closely with the marketing, corporate communications, and creative teams to develop content that supports marketing campaigns and communications strategies.
    Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure that written content complements visual elements and effectively conveys the intended message.
    Review and refine content created by other team members to ensure it aligns with the company's tone, voice, and brand guidelines.
  3. Brand Messaging and Consistency:
    Ensure all Arabic content maintains consistency in tone, style, and message to align with the company's overall branding and corporate voice.
    Adapt messaging for different communication channels (social media, website, newsletters, press releases) while maintaining the same core brand values.
    Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  4. SEO and Digital Content:
    Write SEO-optimized content for the Arabic market, ensuring content is discoverable through search engines and drives organic traffic.
    Conduct keyword research and implement best practices in SEO copywriting to improve content visibility and search engine rankings in Arabic.
    Keep up with trends in digital marketing and social media to create relevant and timely content.
  5. Cultural Sensitivity:
    Ensure all content is culturally appropriate, sensitive, and relevant to Arabic-speaking audiences across different regions.
    Tailor communication to meet the specific needs of various Arabic-speaking communities, while maintaining the integrity of the brand message.
  6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    Collaborate with the analytics team to track the performance of Arabic content across digital platforms and social media.
    Use data-driven insights to optimize and improve content strategies and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a copywriter, content writer, or similar role, with a focus on Arabic content creation for corporate communications or marketing.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Arabic, with a strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and style.
  • Experience in writing for diverse audiences and across various platforms (websites, social media, print, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and digital content best practices.
  • Ability to adapt tone and style based on the target audience, while ensuring consistency with the company's brand voice.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is a must.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in corporate communications, public relations, or marketing in a large organization.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of cultural nuances in various Arabic-speaking countries.
