Senior Contracts Manager (EOI)

JASARA PMC is inviting expressions of interest for the position of Senior Contracts Manager. As a prominent joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we are dedicated to advancing social infrastructure projects that align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

The Senior Contracts Manager will take on a key leadership role, overseeing the planning, creation, and management of contracts for our multifaceted projects. This position demands a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of contractual frameworks in the construction sector. You will ensure all contractual terms are adhered to, managing risks while fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Your responsibilities will also include facilitating negotiations and providing guidance on contract amendments and compliance issues. You will utilize your expertise to review complex agreements and warranties, ensuring all contracts serve the best interest of JASARA while contributing to project success. • Lead the drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts for assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, managing risks effectively.

• Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities.
