Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contract administration for our organization, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and optimizing contract performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and negotiate complex contracts with vendors, clients, and partners
  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout
  • Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and address contractual issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and databases
  • Develop and implement standardized contract templates and processes
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members on contract-related matters
  • Monitor contract performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare and present contract status reports to senior management
  • Assist in resolving contract disputes and negotiations
  • Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and procurement processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and contract management software
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working in a multinational environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian business practices and regulations is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus
  • Valid work authorization for Saudi Arabia
