Drive company growth through collaboration with the sales team and practice SMEs. Engage in all aspects of sales including opportunity identification, solution ideation, as well as quality proposal creation and presentation.
Oversee delivery of strategic programs and projects. Results measured in project profitability, account expansion, and customer satisfaction. Mentor and guide delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes. Provide strategic thought leadership to develop and execute plans that expand innovative offerings and enhance value to our clients. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Share insights with internal teams and contribute to thought leadership content. Develop and mentor a team of consultants, project managers, and architects. Challenge, champion and celebrate our People.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Manage the technical, business, and personnel aspects of consulting engagements.
Demonstrable experience (typically 10+ years) in Technology Consulting is a must.
CTA / CMA is a major plus. Proven domain expertise with experience building business cases, communicating client-specific value propositions, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. Proven experience leading technical discussions with business and technical decision-makers, including detailed technical specifications, project roadmaps, deployments, and third-party integrations. Key participant in the business development process. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with recruiting, people management, and performance discussions.
