The consultant will also contribute to operational support, performance monitoring, and reporting while implementing training initiatives to upskill employees and improve departmental efficiency.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Assist in the activation and development of the enterprise performance planning department.
Provide guidance on departmental activities and ensure the proper transfer of knowledge to employees.
Develop structured training sessions to align with business objectives and improve employee proficiency in planning processes.
Assist in operational activities such as key performance indicator (KPI) monitoring, calculation, analysis, and reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of performance insights to relevant stakeholders.
Support the expanding team by facilitating effective knowledge transfer to new employees.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhance the quality of departmental activities.
Design and implement tailored training programs for enterprise performance management employees.
Develop training content, including presentations, case studies, and e-learning materials.
Conduct instructor-led training sessions and facilitate workshops to improve employee competencies.
Align training initiatives with organizational goals and departmental objectives.
Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to enhance training methodologies.
Ensure that training programs evolve in response to industry best practices and business needs.
Provide mentorship and coaching to employees for long-term skill development.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in developing and conducting training programs, preferably within enterprise performance management, enterprise performance planning, or enterprise performance reporting.
Strong knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs), performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
Hands-on experience in knowledge transfer and organizational training, with a focus on competency development.
Familiarity with performance management frameworks and methodologies for continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills to effectively deliver training sessions and workshops.
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, department heads, and subject matter experts.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training effectiveness and optimize learning strategies.
Experience with digital learning platforms and instructional design tools is a plus.
