SETS is on the look for a Senior Civil Engineer (Bridges) to join its Design and Engineering Department in Madinah. The jobholder reports to the Design and Engineering Department Director.
Responsibilities
Work with elected and appointed officials to recommend and organize the process for roadway and facility improvements from design to construction.
Use computer software to perform a deep examination of structures, model, analyze the bridge, design and assess substructure end bends.
Use AutoCAD, complete markups for slab details and construction foundations.
Prepare an assessment report on the structural condition.
Participate in pavement, drainage, and right-of-way maintenance activities.
Assist in creating a comprehensive facility management program, which includes budgeting, strategic planning, and prioritization.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project management.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or a related field from an accredited university.
Ability to manage consultants and contractors and begin and produce detailed construction contract agreements on large bridge interchange projects, survey and inspect massive volumes of concrete installation.
Familiarity with design of storm sewer systems.
Familiarity with regulations and processes to design bridges and other highway-related structures.

Certified Business Professional (CBP).
Fundamentals of Engineering (FE).
Certified Cost Professional (CCP) from AACE.
