Senior Business Analyst - Riyadh

We are seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst for our client in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience and will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective software solutions. They will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, define project goals, and ensure that the software developed aligns with business needs. The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in translating business requirements into functional specifications, driving process improvements, and ensuring that software solutions meet the desired outcomes in terms of quality, cost, and timeline.

Responsibilities

1. 8+ years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating detailed business process models, and translating these into technical specifications.
2. Skilled in conducting interviews, facilitating workshops, and using other techniques to gather detailed requirements from stakeholders.
3. Proficient in creating comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement specifications (FRS), and user stories.
4. Deep understanding of business process modeling techniques, such as BPMN, flowcharts, and use case diagrams.
5. Experience in mapping out complex business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.
6. Experience in facilitating meetings, presenting findings and recommendations, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Proficiency in working within both Agile and Waterfall environments, with the ability to adapt their approach based on the project needs.
8. Excellent communication skills and an exceptional ability to work in cross-functional teams to successfully achieve business objectives.
9. Languages: Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Education

Bachelor of Computer Science or relevant.
