Senior Business Analyst (6-Month contract)

Our client is developing a large-scale recruitment and employment platform focused on connecting job seekers with potential employers. The platform will offer services such as skills assessments, career counseling, job search, and financial support.

The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in defining business requirements and user stories for job-seekers (registration, job search, applications) and employers (job posting, candidate selection). The Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) will be written in English.

Key Responsibilities

Business Requirements & Documentation

1. Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and user stories in English.
2. Define job-seeker and employer workflows across various industries.
3. Ensure structured, clear, and detailed documentation.

Stakeholder & Project Management

1. Lead requirement-gathering sessions with key stakeholders.
2. Manage an Arabic-speaking Business Analyst to ensure alignment with user needs.
3. Structure the methodology, documentation, and work plan.

Process Optimization & Strategic Input

1. Align processes with best practices in recruitment and employment platforms.
2. Identify opportunities to enhance platform efficiency.

Candidate Profile

1. 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst in recruitment, HR tech, or digital platform development.
2. Strong expertise in business requirements gathering, documentation, and user stories.
3. Ability to work independently, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
4. Experience with large-scale digital transformation projects.
5. Professional working proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
6. Strong stakeholder management skills with high-level decision-makers.
