Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia! As a Mid-Level BA, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into clear plans, and ensure successful project delivery.

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (on-site role)

Responsibilities

• Team up with business leaders, product managers, and developers to understand user needs and business goals.
• Gather information through interviews, meetings, and data analysis.
• Turn complex problems into clear and actionable plans.
• Design user-friendly solutions that meet business objectives.
• Work with developers to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
• Track project progress and report on key metrics.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

• 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst is a must.
• Must be located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (on-site role).
• Arabic speaker is a must; Saudi or any other nationality.
• You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• You can clearly explain complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You are a strong problem solver with a knack for detail.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) is a must.
• Experience in the Software OR Financial Fintech industry is a must.
