Senior Business Analyst

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst / Consultant (Contract)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (onsite)

Role:
We are seeking experienced and highly organized Business Analysts / Consultants to join our team on a prestigious project for one of the largest banks in Riyadh working with our esteemed strategy consulting client. This contract role has an initial duration of 3-6 months with a high potential for long-term engagement. We require a proactive individual with a strong background in banking, financial services, data, marketing, sales, and retail segmentation.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes and operations.
3. Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
4. Assist in marketing and sales initiatives, focusing on retail segmentation.
5. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
6. Ensure project goals are met within the specified timeframe.
7. Work onsite in Riyadh 4 days a week, providing hands-on support and expertise.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in banking, financial services, data analysis, marketing, sales, or retail segmentation.
3. Highly organized and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
8. Comfortable with an 80% business and 20% technical role.
9. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in the banking or financial services sector.
10. Proficiency in client presentations and data analysis tools and software.
