At Six Flags & Aquarabia Qiddiya City, the Senior Associate – Digital Content is responsible for creating, curating, and managing digital content across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative individual with strong writing skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of digital trends to ensure that content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for visibility and engagement, improving search engine rankings and driving
traffic.
- Leverage CRM data to create personalized, targeted content for different guest segments and ensure relevance for diverse
audiences and enhance the guest experience.
- Work closely with product teams to define content requirements for new attractions, events, and promotions, ensuring digital
content reflects the latest offerings and updates.
- Coordinate content-related projects by collaborating with creative teams, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high quality
content on schedule.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of website and mobile app content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to
content governance best practices.
- Create and produce high-quality digital content, including blogs, social media updates, videos, infographics, and website copy,
ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication across all relevant digital platforms, including the website, social media,
and email marketing.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, to ensure cohesive execution of digital content aligned with broader marketing strategies.
- Track content performance using analytics tools, identify key trends, and use insights to improve future content efforts and
achieve marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital content innovations to keep the brand competitive and
relevant.
- Conduct regular content audits to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with the latest marketing initiatives and business
objectives.
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that content meets the campaign’s objectives and resonates
with the target audience.
- Maintain a repository of digital content assets, ensuring they are properly archived and easily accessible for future use.
- Ensure that all digital content adheres to the company’s brand guidelines, as well as legal and regulatory standards, including
copyright and data privacy regulations.
- Work closely with external agencies and vendors to manage outsourced content creation, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s
standards and marketing objectives.
- Engage with audiences across digital platforms by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster a strong
community presence.
- Create and maintain e-newsletters and other digital communication tools to engage both internal and external audience.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience:
3-6+ years of experience in content management for digital channels, preferably in theme parks or entertainment industry
Skills:
- A strong understanding of web and mobile development principles.
- Proficiency in content creation and editing, with excellent writing skills.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (preferably Adobe and STRAPI) and CRM systems.
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Skilled in identifying problems and finding quick, effective solutions.
- Adaptable to change while maintaining strong performance.
- Time management skills ensure the timely completion of tasks with a focus on quality.
