Senior Architect Engineer

Job Overview:

Eco Archs is seeking a talented and presentable Senior Architect with a focus on interior design and space transformation to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead design processes, manage client relationships, and work closely with MEP and execution teams to bring high-end residential, commercial, and entertainment spaces to life. Proficiency in 3D modeling, Revit, and BIM is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee interior design projects, ensuring the spaces are functional, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with client requirements.
• Lead client meetings and present comprehensive design solutions using 3D modeling tools.
• Collaborate with MEP and execution teams to integrate technical aspects into the design, ensuring smooth implementation.
• Manage the design process from initial concept through final execution, including supervision on-site to maintain design integrity.
• Use Revit and BIM to produce detailed architectural plans and ensure coordination across all project stakeholders.
• Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions.
• Track project progress, generate reports, and address any performance gaps.
• Analyze technical drawings, estimate materials and costs, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Lead the design team, fostering creativity and ensuring excellence in every project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 7-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, and a proven track record of successful projects.
• Proficiency in architectural software and design tools, including 3D modeling, Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods, along with experience collaborating with MEP and execution teams.
• Leadership and team management abilities, with strong project management skills in budgeting and scheduling.
• Critical thinking, creativity, and a strong design sensibility, with the ability to solve problems and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
