Senior Architect

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our consultancy firm for the supervision and design coordination of a prestigious high-rise hotel development in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have 10 to 15 years of experience in architectural design, interior fit-out, and project supervision, specifically in high-rise buildings and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and coordination for high-rise and hotel projects, ensuring compliance with international and Saudi building codes.
• Supervise and approve interior fit-out (FF&E), ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with hospitality standards.
• Review and approve materials and shop drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Work within a BIM environment, utilizing Revit for design, documentation, and coordination.
• Conduct design reviews, technical evaluations, and ensure seamless integration of architectural elements with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Oversee façade design, detailing, and execution, ensuring durability, aesthetics, and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with local and international architectural codes and standards.
• Manage site inspections and quality control, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate project progress.
• Prepare reports and documentation in English, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in high-rise buildings and hospitality projects.
• Previous experience working in reputable consultancy firms.
• Proficiency in BIM and Revit is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in interior fit-out (FF&E) selection and supervision.
• Experience in reviewing and approving materials and shop drawings.
• Familiarity with international and Saudi building codes.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
