The Purpose of the Role
As a Senior Advanced Systems Engineer, you will be managing and responsible for the entire M&V activities of all the energy projects throughout the business cycle from the bid release stage to the end of the performance period using the role required competencies and complying with the industry codes and standards. In your role, you will be responsible for meeting/exceeding the committed savings and proactively reporting and taking the required steps to mitigate any expected shortfall and protect the company rights by reporting and getting any NRAs approved.
You will be working with the whole team members and functions to ensure full alignment with the vertical and overall Honeywell business objectives.

Electrical or mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years experience in energy management and M&V hands-on experience.
Deep experience in Building Management System, HVAC systems, lighting systems, water pumping.
Hold Certified Energy Manager (CEM) as minimum qualification. Preferable: Certified Water Efficiency Professional (CWEP) and/or Certified Measurement and Verification Professional certificates (CMVP).
Strong understanding of Measurement and Verification codes/standards/protocols.
Experience with TARSHID projects and full awareness of their procedures, business model, and guidelines.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, customer management capabilities, and team building & development skills.
Hands-on experience to perform all site measurements and knowledge of using the energy auditing measurement instruments and permanent energy meter configuration and data collection.
Experience in different energy project categories on the M&V tasks such as educational, commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality facilities, etc.
