Senior Fixed Assets Specialist is a critical role at SENIOR SPIRIT OF ROSELLE PARK, where you will play a key part in our fixed asset management process. As a senior professional, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our fixed assets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimization of asset utilization.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Lifecycle Management: Manage the lifecycle of our fixed assets, including acquisition, tracking, depreciation, and disposal.
2. Audit and Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical audits and reconcile fixed asset records for accuracy and completeness.
3. Register Development: Develop and maintain detailed asset registers.
4. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
5. Capital Expenditure Monitoring: Monitor capital expenditures and ensure proper classification and capitalization of assets.
6. Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports and schedules related to fixed assets.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in fixed asset accounting.
