Summary:

Candidate will be responsible to develop and maintain the below in BMS Business:

  1. Alerton Brand
  2. Honeywell Field devices
  3. Honeywell VAV

The candidate will reside in Riyadh and will be covering Saudi Arabia and will be responsible for achieving the AOP (Annual operation Plan) targets which includes demand generation activities, business leads creation & follow up, partner selection process and smooth execution (revenue & receivables) of the secured deals in coordination with regional operations team.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics/Controls Engineering
  2. 7-10 years’ experience in BMS, HVAC controls knowledge
  3. Experience in a Sales/Account Management in related field in Saudi Arabia

Preferred Skills:

  1. Excellent communication/soft skills
  2. Proven record on reviewing and validating technical submittals
  3. Good acquaintance with BMS accounts and buying behaviors is preferable
  4. Excellent English language, Arabic will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop relationships with key clients, consultants, developers, hospital operators, regulatory bodies, contractors, and system integrators, VAV partners
  2. Demand generation activities with top key accounts + special early engagement and follow up on GIGA projects
  3. Positioning Honeywell products through specification’s influence, marketing & technical seminars
  4. Drive specification work with leading BMS, VAV consultants
  5. Building and evolving channels: system integrators/partners as well working across SBUs within Honeywell to grow the business
  6. Continuously optimize channels through routine evaluation with stakeholders
  7. Ability to identify and engage in business opportunities at early stage
  8. Assist System Integrators & VAV partners within assigned region in developing, recommending, and implementing plans for selling Honeywell Controls products and BMS system
  9. Support sales team while closing the projects with contractors
  10. Map and manage the multi-facility key accounts of consultants, clients, and developers
  11. Liaise with the technical team from time to time to ensure smooth project/account management
  12. Lead the Project Bidding Team including monitoring system integrator ensuring that timely, compelling offers are provided for project opportunities
  13. Monitor external environment and identify opportunities to fulfill the corporate strategy and meet changing market conditions
  14. Develop and conduct Monthly MOS with partners/management in assigned territory for AOP traceability and CRM alignment (salesforce opportunities) with accurate updates
  15. Communicate corporate direction and focus SI’s selling efforts to align with corporate initiatives and goals
  16. Develop and implement a regional specific business plan for each fiscal year to ensure profitable growth
  17. Increase share of wallet for BMS business at selected strategic operator accounts
  18. Conduct quarterly sales forecasts vs. plan analysis and adjusts sales activity and account priority accordingly
  19. Monitor external environment to provide continued feedback on market trends, competitive environment, and new opportunities
  20. Coordinate and engage with regional operations team to guarantee smooth execution including revenue recognition and following up receivables
  21. Issue effective and timely reporting towards management
