Inspection and Follow-up:
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with applicable safety standards.
Investigate workplace incidents, identify their causes, and take necessary actions to prevent recurrence.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
Adhere strictly to occupational safety and health laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Communication:
Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English with management, employees, and clients.
Work independently to accomplish assigned tasks and effectively as part of a team to achieve workplace safety objectives.
Initiative and Innovation:
Demonstrate initiative and innovation by finding new and creative solutions to improve workplace safety.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in safety and security in Saudi Arabia, with specific experience working for contracting companies and in project implementation.
Certified in the field of safety and security, such as:
NEBOSH Certification: Internationally recognized certification in occupational safety and health.
OSHA Certification: US certification in occupational safety and health in the construction industry.
IOSH Certification: UK certification in occupational safety and health.
Proficiency in using relevant computer programs.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
