Responsibilities:

1. Maintain cleanliness and exceptional appearance within the Front Counter.
2. Project a professional image while welcoming and serving customers.
3. Ensure all sales targets are met/exceeded.
4. Manage cash and the cash float correctly.
5. Use the SPS system to complete AWBs in accordance with company standards.
6. Ensure that delivery standards are met at all times.
7. Maintain appropriate levels of pamphlets and tools on display.
8. Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding delivery acceptance and carriage.
9. Screen all deliveries before acceptance and take necessary actions against DGA shipments.
10. Ensure all machinery is in working order (Card, Weighing, Computer).
11. Upload Disk info from the SPS accurately at the end of each day.
12. Understand the expectations and needs of others.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Education: Diploma or college degree.
2. Experience: At least 2 years in customer service.
3. Technical Knowledge/Skills: Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
