We are seeking an experienced Security Solutions Head to lead the development, management, and execution of security solutions strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security solutions, project management, and client relationship management, with a focus on delivering top-tier services aligned with industry standards. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business growth, ensure the successful implementation of security projects, and foster long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Security Solutions: Create and execute comprehensive security solutions plans tailored to meet client needs while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Project Management: Lead and manage security solutions projects, ensuring effective budgeting, resource allocation, and technology integration. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Business Development: Collaborate with sales teams to identify business opportunities and secure new security solutions projects. Drive growth by providing expert advice and innovative solutions to clients.
Technical Oversight: Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing support of security systems and technologies, ensuring all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with client expectations.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved. Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing any concerns and promoting repeat business.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Skills
Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in security solutions, technology integration, or a related field. Proven experience managing security projects from conception to completion.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Deep understanding of security technologies and solutions.
Ability to work closely with sales teams to drive business growth.
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
