Description

  1. Performs managerial functions common to Division level position as established by Management.
  2. Remains on 24-hour call to provide support services for wide variety of regular and emergency needs.
  3. Directs and conducts investigations of security related incidents such as thefts vandalism, malicious mischief, and other similar highly sensitive and confidential matters.
  4. Reviews contract guard requirements in the area and gives his recommendation for the need and selection of the Security Guard Contractor.
  5. Supervise subordinates in the Security Organization including assigning work activities, monitoring workflow and reviewing results.
  6. Coordinate and direct Security Organization’s activities at all Company’s facilities to ensure the protection of its physical assets and the well-being of its employees.
  7. Managing the issuance of IDs, Stickers and Gate Pass for employees, Contractors and Visitors.
  8. Develop SATORP’s security strategies and plans in coordination with all concerned Organizations; and ensure providing the necessary support and advice for effective implementation.
  9. Develop and establish the Security Organization’s policies, procedures, guidelines and Directives.
  10. Direct the preparations of the Security Organization’s budgets that identify manpower, equipment (such as vehicles, radios, uniforms and detection equipment), capital expenditure, direct expenses and project budgets
  11. Oversee the required training for all security personnel to ensure that the prescribed company training program is followed so that a high degree of employee proficiency is maintained throughout the organization.
  12. Manage and coordinate all security related tendering and contracting activities, including attending pre-tender meetings, answering any questions raised by Vendors and Contractors, solving technical problems, evaluating technical tenders, reviewing and approving invoices, and ensuring compliance to contract conditions and specifications.
  13. Maintain close liaison with government, industry, Security and law enforcement agencies to insure an integrated response to any threat and related business continuity.
  14. Coordinates the development and implementation of adequate security programs; consults with experts in related fields, revises a and adds to programs as dictated by new environments/changing conditions; directs personnel to ensure optimum coverage and continuously evaluates performance, taking corrective action as necessary.
  15. Reviews daily logs ; inspects operations, fixed posts, general areas and facilities daily to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness ; directs measures to be taken towards improvements needed, and participates in the development of emergency programs, implement these programs in SATORP , modifying and extending programs to provide complete coverage.
  16. Supervise on Security Weapon program and arming security personnel and coordinate with various related Government Agencies in this issue.

Minimum Qualifications :

Degree :

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Security or engineering related to SATORP activities or equivalent.

Minimum Experience :

Twelve (12) years of experience in Petroleum or petrochemical Industry Security (or as instructed by HCIS), of which at least Five (5) years in a Managerial position.
