Job description

Job Title: Security Section Head
Job Location: Tabuk, Saudi Arabia


Overall Purpose


Manages security programs and related activities, ensuring compliance with government and Company policies


Key Accountabilities


  • Report to CBU HSS Manager on day-to-day activities.
  • Ensure to implement plans for security activities within the HQ approved KPI.
  • Support to all other departments with security and related issues.
  • Ensure to implement the NWC user manuals, policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Direct, manage and carry out recruitment of team members, subject to agreed criteria.
  • Train and appraise individual team members to ensure targets are met.
  • Direct and manage the performance and development of team members.
  • Conducts security meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up.
  • Monitoring & managing security systems and equipment servicing and/or maintenance in conjunction with other appropriate departments.
    To manage and direct the overall performance of the security team and its individual members.
  • Effective liaison, support and assistance between security department and other departments.
    To maintain and improve mechanisms for risk assessment and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities.
  • Implement NWC strategic plans for team activities to include security strategy to achieve agreed targets, and effective planning.
  • Direct and manage the preparation and agreement of individual action plans and targets for all team members.
  • Prepare and carry out presentations; present proposals to enable the team to deliver effective security.
  • Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability, and review
  • Maintain accurate security records.
  • Annual workshop with security staffs and conducting Annual Assessment, Analysis and Action Plan.
  • Develop a training plan for the security team.
  • Conducts security meetings, and audits.
  • Leading Security incident investigations and ensure to close the corrective actions


Job Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
+6 Years of experience.
