We’re on the lookout for true leaders. We need a Security Manager to take the top job and make it their own. Taking ownership of the day-to-day hotel direction, maximizing financial returns, driving people development, and empowering our team to create memorable guest experiences every step along the way.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

1. Taking care of all security equipment and providing regular maintenance in a timely manner.
2. Finding ways to minimize wastage of water and electricity in the hotel (for example, report to concerned departments when observing water leakages and unnecessary usage of electricity).
3. Inspecting colleagues’ cars and other vehicles whenever required to ensure that the vehicle has no stolen items.
4. Taking part in all Our People activities when required (for example, sports and other workshops).
5. Investigating and finding out reasons for security guards under his supervision reporting late for duty.
6. Watching the punctuality of the guards during his shift and preparing the required reports concerning the subject.
7. Supporting subordinates to prepare Self Assessments and Personal Development Plans.

What We need from you:

• High School education/Must speak fluent in Arabic and knowledge of the English Language is an added qualification.
• Communicating skills are utilized significantly when interacting with others.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, colleagues, and third parties to uphold the image of the hotel, the brand, and the company.
• Prepare duty rosters of colleagues.
