Position Title: Security Inspector
Reports to: Project Manager
Role Purpose
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Security Inspector with a minimum of 5 years of experience in security inspection, assessment, or similar roles. The Security Inspector will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our Security department. The role involves ensuring compliance with the companys security standards and requirements, conducting audits, inspections, and investigations, and identifying security risks, vulnerabilities, and potential violations.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
- Regularly conduct audits and inspections across the citys regions, facilities, and locations to assess compliance with security procedures and protocols.
- Perform regular on-site visits to various locations within the company to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of existing security measures.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection findings, observations, and recommendations. Prepare comprehensive reports documenting assessment outcomes and proposed security enhancements.
- Prepare and distribute security-related correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess security measures and ensure compliance with the companys security requirements.
- Work closely with internal departments, external vendors, and security personnel to coordinate inspections, address security concerns, and implement improvements.
- Monitor and report on compliance status, addressing non-compliance issues promptly.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments, such as facilities, human resources, and legal, to address security-related issues or concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive security information.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Proven experience in security inspection, assessment, or a similar role (minimum of 5 years).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with security systems, access control, and related technologies is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a high level of confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Certification in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP) is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
