Security Engineer

We are seeking a Security Engineer to join our team at Lucidya. As a Security Engineer, your primary responsibility is to design, implement, and maintain the security infrastructure and processes to protect our organization's systems and data.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement security measures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
2. Perform regular security assessments and penetration tests to identify and address vulnerabilities.
3. Design and implement security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption mechanisms.
4. Monitor and analyze security incidents, investigate any breaches, and take appropriate action.
5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest security threats, technologies, and best practices.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a secure infrastructure.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
2. CISSP, CISM, or other relevant security certifications.
3. Prior experience in a Security Engineer role or similar position.
4. Strong understanding of network security, application security, and data protection concepts.
5. Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS.
6. Knowledge of cloud security principles and technologies.
7. Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
