Roles & Responsibilities
Understand current state capabilities of technologies, identify gaps, and plan for tools healthiness, upgrade, and maximum technologies utilization.
System Management: Maintain configurations, Harden the OT Sec platform following best practices, Manage role-based access, Version maintenance, Management of signature updates, Certificate renewal on devices.
Availability & Health Monitoring: Health & Availability monitoring of OT Sec appliances, Manual creation of tickets in ITSM for fault management to track the activities for non-responsive devices, Monitoring of integrated services.
Manage patches updates through centralized OT Patch management system available from Client's third-party vendor(s), and coordinate installation with Automation OEM on OT Systems. Generate patch management status reports with recommendations.
OT AD Policy and Rule Management: Policy configuration changes, user's authentication & authorization, creation, delete and review.
OT Vulnerability Management: Notify the stakeholders when systems installed in the OT environment suffer any missing patches and vulnerabilities, define compensating control remediations to inform remediation by Site O&M / Automation OEM's including testing etc., and Perform remediation tracking.
Backup & Restore Management: develop Schedule & perform backups of the configuration, Restoration testing of configurations and generate status reports.
Change Management: Adhere to OT change request process for any applicable environment maintenance changes to sustain and maintain the OT Sec platform.
Capacity Management: Managing performance and sizing of the OT Cybersecurity Solution(s) as per vendor(s) recommendations.
Reporting: Standard reporting as specified in deliverables.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven track in OT Cybersecurity general management consulting with stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Flexibility to travel.
Fluent in Arabic and English language.
Ability to effectively communicate insights relating to an organization's threat environment to improve its risk management posture.
Ability to understand and comply with OT Cybersecurity policies, standards, and related documentations.
Ability to communicate technical and planning information at the same level as a stakeholder's understanding.
Knowledge and understanding of risk assessment, mitigation, and treatment methods.
Knowledge of relevant OT Cybersecurity aspects of legislative and regulatory requirements, relating to ethics and privacy.
Knowledge of OT Cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities posed by new technologies and malicious actors.
Knowledge of ICS operating environments and functions.
Knowledge of ICS network architectures and communication protocols.
Knowledge of IT/OT Cybersecurity authentication, authorization, and access control methods.
Knowledge of national OT Cybersecurity laws and regulations such as NCA ECC, OTCC, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, information security or relevant.
7+ years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 5+ years of proven experience on IT/OT cybersecurity Shall be familiar or certified on these technologies: Microsoft Network Policy Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Veeam and Acronis Backup, Netskope, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Fortinet Firewalls - Forti manager, Tenable Security Center and OT Suite, Microsoft Windows Server Update Services, PRTG, McAfee / Trellix EPO Endpoint Security and Application Whitelisting, VMWare VCenter.
