Section Head, RIG Gov & Private Sales
An exciting opportunity is available for the Section Head, RIG Gov & Private Sales based in Dammam, KSA who will report directly to the Manager, Sales (Pipe, Geo & Agri).
Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Section Head, RIG Gov & Private Sales who will be responsible for researching and developing sales & marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans for Geomembrane Products. The Sales and Marketing Section Head will also manage the sales staff and perform managerial duties to meet the company's operational goals for Geomembrane products.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategic business plans to drive growth in revenue and profitability.
- Developing and implementing specific marketing and sales plans consistent with the growth and profitability goals for all products.
- Researching, testing, and launching creative strategies and plans to identify new marketing, sales, business, and product opportunities to expand the business.
- Owning all aspects of product management including Price, Volume, Margin, and Portfolio development.
- Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales and marketing methods, including distribution channels.
- Providing market and competitive intelligence to field sales and product managers through market research, trend analysis, and other data mining methodologies and resources.
- Developing and managing marketing and sales budgets and overseeing the development and management of internal operating budgets.
- Recruiting, developing, and challenging a highly motivated, technically competent, and loyal team that can deliver results and grow into additional responsibility and leadership in the organization.
- Directing the planning and development of division marketing, sales, and product communications materials to establish and maintain a consistent and professional corporate image including the website.
- Leading cross-functional integration across field sales and marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, product development & engineering.
- Developing and meeting budgeted financial goals.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Engineering.
- 10 Years of Experience with 7 Years of Managerial Experience.
