To oversee inventory of scaffolding material and equipment, ensuring proper storage and maintenance.

QUALITY CONTROL

To ensure all scaffolding material and equipment meets industry standards and are in good working condition.

PROJECT COORDINATION

To ensure good coordination with project managers for timely delivery to different project sites.

WORK SCHEDULING

To properly organize and schedule day-to-day yard operations.

DOCUMENTATION

To maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials from the yard.

To prepare weekly and monthly material utilization reports.

To indicate material requirements based on project delivery schedules.

To undertake periodic physical counts and produce reports.

To identify and report material resizing, refurbishment, or scrap disposal.

4 YEARS AS YARD FOREMAN.

Ability to Lead Team.

Good Scaffolding Knowledge.

Good proficiency in English.

Manpower & Material Management Skills.

Good knowledge of safe work practices.
