Who you’ll become
A Solution Advisor works with our customers and prospects to help them solve business challenges and meet their business objectives using SAP solutions. As a part of the sales team, a Solution Advisor is the “subject matter expert” responsible for the functional and technical knowledge within the sales cycle. A Solution Advisor provides deal support by participating in discovery sessions, executive meetings and presentations and will deliver software demonstrations that help the customer understand SAP’s unique value proposition.

The program will enrich your knowledge of SAP and give you the professional experience to serve our customers. After successful completion of the program, you are expected to lead customer discovery sessions and survey activities to uncover business challenges and opportunities for innovation. You will create and deliver high impact and engaging software demonstrations that compel the customers to select SAP over other competitive offerings. You will also provide demand generation support through marketing events and deal execution support by responding to request for proposals.

SAP’s employees across different regions are enabled to do their best job with the right mix of office and remote work according to country-specific guidelines and regulations. In general, our hybrid work setup consists of three days a week in the office or on-site with customers or partners.
We are planning a practical and immersive portion of our program, which will have participants spend between 4 and 6 weeks, spread across two trips, in San Ramon, California. This experience is designed to provide unparalleled hands-on learning and networking opportunities.
During these intensive phases of the program, it is critical that all participants are fully engaged and present to ensure maximum learning and success. As such, vacation will not be approved from March 1, 2025, to May 30, 2025, and then again from August 11, 2025, to October 17, 2025. *Dates are subject to change as planning is finalized.
