Coordinate and manage all rotation schedules to ensure full crew availability and manage shortages.
Liaise with Camp Boss to ensure the quality delivery of catering services and staff.
Liaise with the rig manager to ensure smooth communication and all related issues regarding logistic and staff needs are resolved.
Coordinate with rig managers and labor providers in close out labor related issues and concerns as they arise.
Maintain and develop work schedules and assignments.
Address performance concerns raised by rig managers and coordinate disciplinary actions with manpower providers/HR department.
Investigate accidents and incidents and take corrective action as necessary.
Prepare reports on crew productivity and crew time sheet.
Authorities
Authority to manage crew shortages in coordination with rig manager and manpower contractors/HR department.
Authority to liaise with manpower contractors.
Authority to request transportation and lodging services for the crew.
Skills
Communication: Should be able to explain complex processes and procedures in a way that the team members can understand. Also to be able to give feedback to the team members and offer constructive criticism when necessary.
Problem-solving Skills: To be able to identify issues, develop solutions and implement them.
Must possess sound reasoning skills, common sense and the ability to follow directions.
Must possess basic mathematical skills (equivalent to a high school education) and be proficient in rig math.
Must possess advanced computer skills (Especially MS Excel).
