SAP Solution Architect

As an SAP Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP solutions tailored to the unique needs of the poultry industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our SAP systems align with business goals, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Architect and design SAP solutions that support end-to-end processes in the poultry industry, including production, supply chain management, finance, and quality control.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional specifications for SAP implementations.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with existing systems and third-party applications, focusing on data flow and system interoperability.
• Implementation Oversight: Lead SAP implementation projects, coordinating with technical teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Optimization: Analyze current SAP landscapes and identify opportunities for enhancements, process improvements, and automation to increase operational efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, designs, and processes to support ongoing maintenance and future upgrades.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and IT teams, ensuring they understand the functionalities and benefits of the SAP solutions implemented.
• Compliance: Ensure that SAP solutions comply with industry regulations, standards, and best practices specific to the poultry sector.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an SAP Solution Architect, preferably within the poultry or food processing industry.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules relevant to the poultry industry, such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP SCM, and SAP ERP.
• Knowledge of industry-specific processes, regulations, and challenges in the poultry sector.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
