SAP Materials Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) Manage to oversee and enhance our SAP MM module, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will lead process improvements, system optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration while leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities. This role requires strong expertise in SAP MM, integration with other SAP modules, and leadership skills to guide teams and stakeholders in driving business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current business processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Utilize SAP S/4HANA capabilities to enhance process efficiency, data analysis, and reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP MM, WM, and EWM application-related inputs.
• Possess strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and warehouse management processes.
• Develop and implement best practices and automation solutions for SAP MM, WM, and EWM.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP standard solutions.
• Provide ongoing support for SAP MM, WM, and EWM modules, including L1/L2 troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Train end-users and create documentation, user manuals, and instructional videos for SAP MM, WM, and EWM processes.
• Lead and participate in SAP MM, WM, and EWM enhancement, development, automation, and implementation projects.
• Prepare enhancement, development, and automation documentation, including project status reports and plans.
• Develop and generate reports to provide insights into material management and warehouse management processes.
• Demonstrate expertise and hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA MM, WM, and EWM.
• Be well-versed in functional integration with other SAP and non-SAP applications.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP MM implementation, support, and optimization.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM module, procurement, inventory management, and vendor management.
• Experience with SAP MM customization, configuration, and automation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in leading SAP MM teams and training end-users.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and master data governance.
• Knowledge of HACCP and compliance requirements related to material management
