Job description

Position Objective:

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP HR modules, including Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Personnel Administration. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions. Additionally, the candidate should have familiarity with Saudi labor laws and residence regulations, with experience in implementing projects that comply with these legal requirements.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  1. SAP HR Module Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support on SAP HR modules, ensuring optimal configuration and utilization to meet business needs.
  2. Business Requirements Analysis: Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP HR solutions.
  3. System Configuration: Configure and customize SAP HR modules to align with organizational requirements and industry best practices.
  4. Project Management: Lead and participate in HR-related projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations, with a focus on compliance with Saudi labor laws and residence regulations.
  5. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and resolve issues related to SAP HR modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  6. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and create comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize HR operations and user experience.
  8. Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with HR regulations and standards, maintaining data security and integrity within the SAP HR environment, with specific attention to Saudi labor laws and residence regulations.

Qualification & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP HR modules, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support.
  3. Proficient in SAP HR module configuration, including Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Personnel Administration.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Experience managing HR projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  7. SAP HR module certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  8. Knowledge and experience with Saudi labor laws and residence regulations.
