Must-Have

8+ years of experience working as an SAP ABAP-HR Consultant
Experienced in design, development, test, and support of ABAP applications
Experienced in developing user documentation and participating in user training
Proficiency with BAPIs, BADIs, IDOCs, LSMW, and SAP Forms
Deep understanding of payroll, benefits, and time management

Nice to Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Any relevant SAP certifications
