Job description

This position is on behalf of one of our client companies, not a direct role with Imploy.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online marketing.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication.
  3. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.
  4. Sales Presentations: Deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
  5. Negotiation: Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve sales targets.
  6. After-Sales Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  7. CRM Usage: Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record in real estate sales or a related field.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  5. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
