Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and lead a team of six real estate sales agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, team management, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can motivate and coach the team while ensuring the company’s sales objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of six real estate sales agents to maximize their performance.
  2. Sales Management: Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets for the team, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  3. Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales agents.
  4. Client Acquisition: Assist the team in generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  5. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates and increase market share.
  6. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Performance Tracking: Use CRM systems and sales reports to track individual and team performance, making data-driven decisions.
  8. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all transactions and contracts comply with company policies and real estate regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  1. Experience: 6+ years in real estate sales, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership or team management role.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market, sales techniques, and local regulations.
  3. Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, coach, and drive a high-performance sales team.
  4. Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close high-value sales.
  5. Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software and digital sales tools.
  7. License: Real estate brokerage license (if required by local laws).
