As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising real estate sales agents and building a strong sales team including buyer's agents and showing assistants. You will mentor the real estate team to success by managing the agents, motivating and training the attitudes and habits of a buyer's agent as they should be committed to putting their clients first and winning leads.
You will be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks related to managing the sales team. This might include scheduling appointments with clients, providing feedback after meetings, and ensuring that the sales team has everything they need to do their jobs well. You would also be responsible for tracking sales performance metrics and reporting these results back to senior management.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching to team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Plan and direct sales team training.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Set individual and monthly sales targets for the sales teams (for new and existing business).
- Work on sales scripts with agents.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by delivering sales from both personal and group accounts.
- Generate leads and prospects to meet the parameters for quarterly sales production review.
- Assist the Sales Manager with recruiting, developing, and training new sellers.
- Conduct site viewings/trips on a regular basis.
- Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and report findings.
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform their jobs effectively.
- Control expenses and monitor budgets.
- Monitor team performance and motivate them to achieve team and individual targets.
- Track and maintain records of team sales, payments, and account reviews.
- Source feedback to marketing, operations, and tech teams for enhancing product effectiveness, client issues, and concerns.
- Collect customer feedback and market research and channel it internally for effective measures and follow-ups.
- Verify agency data/numbers in the respective area to analyze growth opportunities and determine recruiting needs.
- Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base through effective team management.
- Keep track of agency pools and verify agency data in their area.
- Source feedback to and from operations and the sales team for effective planning and execution.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the real estate field.
- Valid KSA license required.
- Strong knowledge of the local market.
- Strong knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
